HEART & SOUL NOURISHMENT: On Forgivenss

IF OUR Hearts are closed (with unforgiveness, hate, any hardness)
We will not be able to receive the Miraculous New Possibility that the Universe is bringing. (to take the place of that hardness) Yet, it is held in trust for us by the Holy Spirit (or whatever name resonates) until we are ready to receive that love (in whatever form meant to be received)...

Peace & Hope in a time of fear, hate, uncertainty...can be hard. Letting a healing light ray of higher love pierce that dark place...even harder. The inequities, despair & pure inhumanity that fuel war, innocent human destruction & terrorism...unbearable. 

Still...the Human Spirit rises again & again. A Kind hand extended, a warm smile & a friendly word... strangers pass it on. Sobering moments bringing Family & Friends closer. The Humanity of Kindness...spreads the ripples of Higher Love further than the eye can see. What the Soul knows...& Heals ♥ ***NDR - 9/11/13

May we, whose lives are touched by illness be blessed with faith, courage, loving & caring. May we experience the support & sustenance of family, friends, companions & community.

May we be granted restful nights & days of comfort. We pray for refu 'ah sh' lemah - precious moments of healing - & sense of wholeness in body & soul.

May those who care for the sick with their hands, their voices & their hearts be blessed with courage & stamina.

May those who pursue healing through medical skill & knowledge be blessed with insight, patience & compassion

May all of us, the sick & the well together find courage & hope. And let us say: Amen"

Children, Young People, our personal teachers.
They're Our Future Clean Slate, now.
Adults, STOP passing down the Fear & Hate.
It can be un-taught. Let them show us how <3
Brown, Black, White, Pink, Red, Yellow, Purple, Green or Hooded...
Pause...be Mindful...then Be Kind.

SOUL THOUGHTS...

The deeper, more genuinely, intimately, connected we grow each day in walking, talking, living, breathing & Being our Truths; our gifts, our purpose, being there for others in Life...
The more False things; words, actions, past history, people in Life reveal themselves, heal themselves, shed away...
Not to hate or blame. Maybe a little saddness, disappointment even humor. Then forgiveness...
