CLINICAL PASTORAL SPIRITUAL CORNER: In honor of Rosh Hashanah

L'Shana Tova ( A sweet & good new year)
Prayers for Healing (and candle lighting for Rosh Hashanah Eve)

"May the Eternal One who blesses all life, bless & strengthen all of us who struggle against illness.

May we, whose lives are touched by illness be blessed with faith, courage, loving & caring. May we experience the support & sustenance of family, friends, companions & community.

May we be granted restful nights & days of comfort. We pray for refu 'ah sh' lemah - precious moments of healing - & sense of wholeness in body & soul.

May those who care for the sick with their hands, their voices & their hearts be blessed with courage & stamina.

May those who pursue healing through medical skill & knowledge be blessed with insight, patience & compassion

May all of us, the sick & the well together find courage & hope. And let us say: Amen"

(for our Beloved Mrs. Fisher An Angel now, you are free from bodily suffering. In sadness, we mourn you. But in life, We will smile & sparkle with you eternally, grateful for the creative wings you helped us discover. And to all your lovely devoted caregivers & your family. It was so lovely to spend time with you this Sunday; singing, holding your hand, bringing you well wishes & love from others. Wishing you could've stayed with us a little while longer...)
