The Gentle beauty of Buddhism is;
Where ever we are in life is where
we're supposed to be.
Even if its uncertainty, in job or relationships.
The practice of mindfulness is accepting all parts of self
(when we're
being hard on self or others...)
Then we can see what change or
acceptance is needed...
and loving self enough to make that change for
the better.
Further opening our hearts to the happiness we deserve.
Coming home to Buddha, coming home to self & community.
