EARTH LOVE & OCEAN CARE CORNER:
FOR LENT 2014...
1. Over the next 43 days, I resolve to perform a sustained act of love for Mother Earth & Her Oceans. Over 4.5 Billion years old...from Dust we are Born & Dust we shall return to Her <3
2. We cannot physically exist w/out Her. Though plunder & pillage of Her finite resources continues. Her Stewards growing in numbers as Mother Nature keeps showing us our consumption imbalance. The little spec of time we're here...WE ALL must do more to help re-nourish Her, what She has given us for thousands of years <3 Blessed Be & Give Us Courage to do the Right Thing : )

THOUGHTS On Our "Inner Parent" Self; Helping to Heal Anxieties.
On the Death of a Beloved Parent & our own Little Death with them...
This healing, re birthing letting go journey that can happen, as we become full fledged adults...
1. The aftermath can produced anxiety, fears & repetitive thoughts; a kind of Avoi-Dance...
2. That are precursors to deeper yet to be revealed inner truths we are not ready to embrace. But that's o.k. Gentle Patience. Inner parent skill practice 101.
3. And keeping open to new tools that help us evolve, stay present. Like Zen Buddhism says...to come back home to self, gently, patiently, kindly present...& intimately face the aftermath of loss.
4. Formal Teachings can validate what we already know. Remind us we are OK & on the right path.
5. Long enough to help us pause & see that New Anxieties we face, can actually be temporary energy "gifts" from our subconscious; rising up. Letting go, seeing beneath them, our "Gem Wisdom"...
6. Awakening a dual Reality - Becoming our own Parent. Not to replace them but to carry on their Legacy while creating our own identity as a Parent. With or without children. That full dimension within is still essential development for a healthy emotional & psychological well being.
7. Our Inner Wisdom has all the answers...when its time. The Universal Emotional Maturity growth paradigm. But is it a journey only after our parents die...?
